Even though I called and informed about my late check-in in the night when I went there, the security made some delay by calling someone etc. if it had been smooth it would have been great. otherwise very good stay for my long road travel to rest for a few hours before starting in the morning..

NOthing specifically. Maybe a bit bigger size of room would be great.

It was good and natureable for staying enjoyable place

Ac was not perfect

Room was very clean and security was very friendly. Closer to bus stop

The room was fine, Wi-Fi worked well, bed was comfortable, a good value for money,

I would have given a better review, but on the day of checkout I was rudely woken up at 8am from loud banging on my door. I recognized the guy when I opened the door because I saw him sleeping on the floor. I believe he is part of the hotel staff, if not then I apologize for the mistake. I couldn't understand a word he was saying, my guess is he was telling me its check out day. I got angry at him for waking me up and then he just left. I was unable to fall back to sleep after this, not a nice way to begin the day. Check out time is listed as 12pm, so it makes no sense why anyone should be banging on my door before that, especially not 4 hours before! This is very rude, bad customer service and I hope someone talks to this guy. The other staff members were polite to me, the only issue I had was with this guy.
