Old Post Office

My room was excellent, spotlessly clean and so very quiet. Breakfast, which was included in the price was excellent. Location superb. The staff were incredible. The gentleman who ran the bar and booked guests in was marvellous throughout my two day stay. So incredibly attentive, helpful and very kind, and made me feel so welcome, which meant so much, as i was on my own. He was so lovely. Also the lady who provided breakfasts and greeted guests each morning, was so lovely, welcoming and cheerful. I enjoyed my stay so very, very much and cannot wait to return again next year.

Nothing to dislike at all!!

The location was excellent for exploring Shrewsbury in a nice old coaching inn. Was quiet at night and the room was a good size with a comfortable bed.

The bathroom was very shabby, the lino was tucked up and water damaged. The hot tap didn't work at all and the cold was only a dribble.

Very friendly and helpful staff plus very good breakfast

No on site parking

the Hotel was brilliant location. It was very quiet, The staff very friendly. the bed was comfortable

I don't think that the smoke alarm was working. There wasn't any hot water in the taps. The door knobs & locks on the doors were very loose, not enough variety was provided at breakfast
