From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right choice staying there. Just a few hours before check-in, I requested a room on a higher floor, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate my request in real time. I truly appreciated the effort and care they put into making my stay special. I honestly don’t mind paying top dollar when the experience is this worthwhile — having a beautiful view and waking up feeling happy and special is something I genuinely value. The moment I walked into the building to collect my room keys, I immediately felt a wonderful atmosphere. There was something warm and welcoming about the place that made me feel comfortable, safe, and at ease straight away. And then I saw the view from my room — absolutely breathtaking. It was even more beautiful than I had hoped for. The room itself was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed to feel relaxed and at home. The location is also perfect. It’s within easy walking distance of Chinatown, lovely coffee shops, a gym, and IGA, which made everything incredibly convenient during my stay. What stood out most to me was not just the beautiful room or the location, but the overall feeling I had throughout my stay. I felt welcomed, comfortable and safe I’ll definitely be returning to Adelaide from time to time, and I already know where I’ll be staying. I would happily return to this hotel/apartment again and again. I’m also very grateful to the team for understanding my PREFERENCE for a higher floor, hopefully, they’ll remember me and my little preference for those beautiful views on my future stays! Thank you to the entire team for creating such a wonderful experience. I left feeling genuinely happy and already looking forward to coming back.
