Great location on Plaza del Angel near Calle Libertad -- an easy walk to historic and tourist sites as well as restaurants. The hotel provides an ample breakfast to start the day.

The facility was super clean, the breakfast was delicious. the hotel, the room everything else was clean and in good shape.
Only thing I wished front desk was a little nicer. It was our first time in Chihuahua after 8 years. We would of loved to have been greeted at the front desk when we arrived instead we had to walk up to the front desk and initiate the conversation our selves. I believe he was maintenance or maybe even the manager, older man between 40-70 years of age. One of the nights we forgot out key inside the room, when we came back to the hotel the front desk girl asked him to go open, he saw us but he didn't acknowledge us or even great us, he just looked at us looked at the employee and left upstairs to open the room for us. That is really it. We were just hoping of the kind, friendly experience Mexico offers with the hotel staff as well,
