A lovely place with lovely staff and excellent service. Our room was delightful in a beautiful setting and breakfast was absolutely delicious. What impressed us most was I left my jacket in the room and three days later it was safely returned to me. Thank you so much.

Lovely setting, just outside Bradford on Avon, but walkable distance to the town. The rooms are a little on the small side, but beautifully presented and include everything you might need. The host and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. The breakfast was wonderful, with good choices and quality ingredients, almost certainly sourced locally. The grounds are extensive which for dog owners like us was just what we needed. The site is secure, as are the rooms, with adequate parking for the number of guests that visit the site. We would have liked a little more room, but nevertheless more than adequate for our five day stay.
Not the properties issue really, but the local pub we were expecting to eat in regularly, was not up expectations, requiring longer walks in the evening along the canal to find one of the better eateries in the town.
