Good location and clean

Nothing

We have stayed here a few times now and enjoyed ourselves . We were worried this time however as the lifts and pool were both out of order. Disappointed but decided not to cancel as they offered us a 30% discount in our room also . Staff did their best to make us comfortable and our room was only on the 2nd floor which was good due to the lift maintenance. Breakfast had been moved to the ground floor also. Unfortunately the breakfast when upstairs on the pool level floor had many more choices and an egg station . The breakfast this time around was a bit flat . Otherwise location can’t be beaten in District 1 , Wi-Fi excellent , Housekeeping lovely , TV selections and variety huge and the staff tried their best under difficult circumstances . We’ll be back !

Pool and lift out of order . Ordinary breakfast but better than nothing .

Beware! The swimming pool is closed! The price comparing quality is tooo high. The receptionist are not friendly and look they are angry that you stay in this hotel. Room was clean- so the maintnance staff is ok and professional, but they need a better manager and should answer emails what they do not. I have cancelled next bookings and moved to a hotel nerby for 1/2 price. Same quality but friendly staff and clean rooms. I do not recommend Prague hotel, what I do not often.
