10/10! Can’t recommend the Hotel Europa staff enough! I had an unexpected problem bringing my drone into Nicaragua while travelling, so therefore had to DHL ship it to forward to Hotel Europa. I spoke to the staff via WhatsApp and they were super accommodating and responded fast. We finally arrived to San Miguel after a long journey from Leon and it was the perfect place to recover. Big spaces, chilled atmosphere, comfy beds, air-conditioning, etc.
Nothing

The hammocks, large tables, well equipped kitchen were great.
Shower barely worked, no pressure at all. The pillow I had was ancient and lumpy.
The billiard table cues were all broken and had no tips making them impossible to play with.
The girl at the reception was very rude and deliberately short and unhelpful.
