Two and half bathrooms (one with a toilet and shower, another one with toilet, and another one with shower, all of them with a sink)
Proper trash separation/recycling options
Big common room / living room
Quick connection to the highway, to the ski resorts, grocery stores, gas stations, etc.
Washing machine with laundry pods
2 big parking spots
Just a minor incovenience - dishwasher's bottom drawer is missing a wheel so you need to be more careful when moving with it
Another minor incovenience is - the bottom room is neighbouring with a second object, so you can hear noises early in the morning or late in the evening - if you are too sensitive, bring your ear plugs with you
