Clean and bright room

A bit hard to find and very hilly location

A nice new hotel located very close to the historic city centre of Orosei. The room was very clean, had all we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. AC was working very nicely, not blowing on the bed directly. The room had a wonderful view on the city and sea. The breakfast has plenty of options and unlike some previous comments were saying, it was replenished constantly. The parking is very convenient, and we were not even charged for it, maybe because of the shoulder season. The staff was very polite and attentive. Some comments were saying that the staff does not know English, but I find it harsh to point out. The receptionist did know English and the breakfast staff made their best to understand what we asked for. If there is willingness to understand from my perspective there is nothing wrong even if they are not speaking English. We are the guests in their country. They made their best efforts to understand us, and we all the time managed to, so no problems for me.

What to improve: Communication online was very slow and ineffective. It was working only in Italian and some questions were left unanswered. We had to remind the staff about not getting a response multiple times. At the end we received the answers, but took some rounds of reminders. Also in one of the rooms the hairdryer was not functioning.

La posizione, la colazione e il parcheggio (a pagamento) ma non è scontato averlo!

Avendo prenotato a febbraio mi sarei aspettato una camera in una posizione migliore, ma non essendo (a mio avviso)competente lo staff non ci sono riusciti, di conseguenza ci è toccato il “tugurio” sì per che le stanze 13-14-15 sono pessime, situate direttamente in strada e quindi senza un minimo di privacy…….se non ti chiudevi dentro e abbassavi le tapparelle, aria condizionata freddissima anche a 27 gradi, doccia strettissima in un lato e larghissima nell’altro…..peccato che non ti consente neanche di muoversi, pulizia al quanto approssimativa, teli per il bagno…… tutti estremamente consumati (vanno sostituiti), ottimo lo stendino in terrazza ma purtroppo era rotto e non utilizzabile, presenza di blatte in terrazza…..
