The apartment was spotless, very comfortable and well equipped. The location was excellent — close to everything and easy to get around the city. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. Great value for money. Highly recommended.
Nothing to note, everything was great.

Amazing customer service

Clean. Liked small carpet next to bed to not touch colder floorboards when stepping out of bed. Decorated nicely. Full kitchen setup and in apartment bathroom. The place was warm.
There was a persistent leak of water from under the shower stall that spread water across bathroom floor wetting small rug that I stepped on out of shower. I wish the shower had a shelf upon which I could place my shampoo and shower gel instead of having to put them on the floor.

+ for washing machine and conditioner
Such a low rating because of the bed. It was impossible to sleep at all - the mattress was soft, there was a hole on one side. We didn't get any sleep at all and now our backs hurt.
