Very central location in a period town house, loads of room and all the facilities you need for a group of friends or family staying.

the property was well presented, tidy,clean and extremely comfortable!

there nothing negative about the place!

Helpful hosts, spacious accommodation, great location, easy local parking, well equipped, living space on the groundfloor is practical and comfortable.

Better wifi would have been great but we weren't expecting it to be good, be lovely to have a table/dressing table or similar in the third floor bedroom.

Location excellent in central Clonakilty. First floor very spacious and comfortable. Free parking available around the corner in front of the community college. The property has 3 bedrooms and is very spacious - great for a family or larger group. It has loads of potential and with some tweaks and refinements could be super and worth paying more for.

We would have expected some basics in the house such as washing up liquid, cleaning cloths and towels included in the price and even maybe some soap. We were asked to pay 6 euros a day for energy and when we arrived weather was damp and chilly and the heating wasn't on. Took 24 hours for management to access the rear shed and to put the system on timer. We were asked to do this for ourselves on the first night but found the system difficult to fathom out. First floor ensuite bathroom had a barely workable shower and hot water tap was seized up in the basin. A guest book would be useful with details about heating, how to operate appliances etc, also some tourist information. We felt that just the basics were provided. Would have been happy to pay more for extra refinement which would have made for a happier arrival at the property.We find it unusual to be asked for an energy supplement and wonder why this isn't built into the price for convenience. We would have found it helpful to have some information on parking at time of booking because it wasn't clear from the details. Again would stress that this property has great potential but just let down by lack of TLC

Amazing location right in the centre of town. The house is really big so we had loads of room to spread out. The check in/out process was simple and the house had everything we could need

Would have been nice if towels were included. The additional electricity charge was also a surprise as it wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking.

Location was excellent and spaciousness was great with a family of teenagers. Comfortable beds and good showers.

The garden area could be improved with better seating.

Loved the space, tho wd have preferred more single beds. But wd managed. Nothing was too much trouble for Noel n his staff.
