This place was a great stay. I would absolutely go back here.
Nothing I didn't like.

This hotel is well located and the staff at the front desk are very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the response to any of our was prompt and friendly. The bathrooms are clean and the water is hot. And there is a lift.

The location is excellent: central, yet on a quieter street, so there's very little noise at night. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming.
The rooms are very tired and look quite different from the photos on Booking.com, so expectations should be adjusted. When we gave feedback, the staff seemed afraid they'd be blamed for it, which isn't their fault. It feels like they've never been shown how to handle feedback, and management should support them better.
