The room was nice, with a good view of the immediate surroundings (we were only 3 floors up but the view was still good). Everything was clean and well maintained in the room and bathroom. Mr Jay at reception was exceptional in supporting me and my girlfriend through our trip. He really went above and beyond to help us and acted almost like our travel agent for our time in Vietnam. He fully organised our Ha Giang Loop tour and created a whatsapp group so we could update on our progress/phone him if we had any problems along the way. Truly fantastic service from Mr Jay. Even after we had checked out and moved to other places, he helped us book buses and other activities etc. My girlfriend was also very pleased with the massage service that she enjoyed in our room.

An improvement that I would suggest is that downstairs from the lobby, there is a shower/bathroom that you can use even after checking out. I used this after checking out as I waited for the bus to Ha Giang. While it is great to have access to this shower, this particular shower could use a clean.

Le personnel est très attentif. Donne des conseils judicieux. L’hôtel est situé dans le quartier près de la Cathédrale et du lac Hoan Kiem; chouette pour être à Hanoi et visiter Hanoi. Nous avons accepté l'aide de l’hôtel (qui possède une sorte d'agence de voyage) pour organiser la suite de notre séjour au Vietnam : Ha Long terrestre, trek à Sa Pa et Motor Tour (4 jours à moto) à partir de Ha Giang. Ce fut très bien organisé et le suivi était direct (par Whatsapp). Bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous conseillons à tout le monde.

The location was close to all attractions and great food options. The room option was really good for a family. Staff were exceptional, right from placing the booking. Staying on upper floors have more windows. Note - the hotel name changed to Hanoi centre silk premium.

On the lower floors you don’t get a window in the second room. Not a complaint just good to know as we needed a window and were kindly accommodated.

Great location right in the middle of the old quarter. Friendly and helpful staff especially William and Hien on reception. I booked room with balcony Good size and good Size. Great value for money. Staff can speak English.

Nothing really .... wardrobe space to hang dresses was too short but that's very minor.

Attentive helpful staff and assisted most of the time they were required. One room was okay. Beds were comfier than expected

Facilities were lacking. We didn't get the rooms we booked (although they gave us money off). A repair required to the blind in front of one of the rooms still wasn't done when we left. This left the room like a long dark box
