I can’t complain about the apartment at all! Very nice, clean, views fantastic, plenty of towels, access to beautiful beach, very comfortable beds, close to everything!!!! Only negative is with the hotel-restaurant, bar, cafe ate all closed down.

Enjoyed our trip

We had options to do half days at the beach while still near intersting sites in Northeastern Puerto Rico. This was a great family apartment. Clean and well appointed. Great for families as it has a full kitchen, comfortable living area, great beds, and right on the beach with private parking.

We stayed here for a week and we loved this place! Gia was so responsive and the place was spotless upon check in with gorgeous views and we honestly definitely want to rent here again. Love this place!! Highly recommend

Apartment as described. Lots of room for 3 adults and child. Nice location with bars, restaurants, supermarket and casino all short walk. Would stay again.

Our stay here was AMAZING!!! What made it more amazing is that we had an exceptional host, Gia. She was super responsive to all of our needs and made sure we were secure and safe especially during the pandemic. Along with me was my finace, our 6 year old, 3 year old and 2 year old. This made it not only a family vacation but a "baecation" as well! Gia also provided us with hot spots around the area to help make our stay more comfortable/convenient with our surrounding area. I rated the cleanness a 4 because housekeeping mustve been rushing. They left pillowcases in the washer that I believed was already washed because they were wet. Also the person who stayed before us mustve forgotten their clothes because it was in the bottom drawer. You also can tell they didn't mop the floor either because the bottom of our kiddies feet were dirty after running around. This is something I didn't bring to Gia's attention since I felt it was something minor and wasn't in her hands. It also didn't bother us because in her spot she had complimentary cleaning supplies which was super helpful!! Overall, this was a beautiful place to stay! It also was right around the corner from the airport. We also had all of our days planned ahead of time and a set schedule for what we wanted to do. Ohhhhh and to add, the beds were suppppperrrr comfortable!! We allll slept like a baby!! Couldnt thank you enough Gia for everything!!!!

Gia cancelled our reservation 5 hours before check in time. We literally had no where to stay she gave us the lame issue that the jacuzzi in the room broke blah blah. Vrbo only accommodated us for one night at a hotel which wasn’t the greatest at all. I think she shouldn’t be able to have a rental property up here not great for business.

The place was amazing! The location on the beach was perfect. This until was newly renovated with lots of amenities. The owner provided great recommendations and there was plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. The building is older and in the process of being renovated so everything was closed (lounge, pool, bar and restaurants). The beach is steps away but the gate closed at 5pm so it was inconvenient to walk a ways through the streets after leaving. The unit needed sweeping and we had to wipe down the surfaces and bathroom but overall pretty clean. Would definitely visit again!

Good location only five minutes from airport - nice pool, beach, and parking spot. Nice balcony with view, however the large central AC unit was annoying although this seems to be a common layout for units in the complex. Two beach chairs and cooler along with kitchen supplies were great. Owner was very responsive and helpful - recommended many good restaurants. We enjoyed are stay very much!

My family of 5 (with 3 children) stayed in Gias’s penthouse suite at Mare St. Clare in Isla Verde and enjoyed every minute there. We booked this apartment because our friends were staying in the same building. It was our first time in Puerto Rico but our friends have been going to Isla Verde for 7 years; upon seeing Gia’s apartment they said it “is one of the nicest apartments they have seen in the area.” Her apartment (exactly as pictured) is newly renovated with brand new furnishings and pleasing decorations. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great (happy there are blackout curtains!) Wonderful to have wi-fi, Netflix and Apple TV. The view of the ocean is pretty and although it’s close to the airport, noise was not a problem. The building is within walking distance to a large grocery store and a CVS, so you can buy anything you need. The pool area is very nice but the water is not heated. (Wasn’t a problem in February). The beach is nice (you can rent cabanas—$20 for an umbrella and two lounges), and we especially loved that the kids could play in the ocean without fear of an undercurrent, which you might find in other areas. Overall we had a great stay and would return again! Thank you, Gia!

The apartment was beautiful and well appointed. The manager was responsive to all our needs. Whatever we asked for the first week, was in the apartment in a matter of hours. Great space, beautifully furnished and great views. I hesitate to give too many accolades because I am looking forward to renting it again next year.
