This is by some distance the most exceptional place I have ever stayed. The pictures do not do it justice, the views and quality of the accommodation is as good as you will get.

Everything

The Location requies a long narrow drive through very steep terrain and this property should tell its customers that they need advanced driving skills to reach the property safely. Entry is difficult the keys we were given had flat batteries it was a terrible experience.

Cleanliness the floor was dirty when we arrived. The dishwasher smelt aweful. The pillows were old and almost impossible to get a good nights rest.

The pool, garden, indoor space, location, panoramic views of the sea.

I liked everything!

Villa itself was perfect and it had everything as promised and we were very happy with the accommodation. Views were lovely and it had everything we needed. We only had the two of us staying but plenty of space for 4 adults without a problem. Met by Emilie and she was super helpful and showed everything and Caroline was very efficient at replying to admin requests and sorting return of security deposit, so great team.

Wifi was not great and kept dropping out and road access to property was a bit disappointing and you definitely need a car. You are reasonably far out from the centre of Nice and we drove down to Magnan Sq and parked the car there in the multi storey car park, and then got on the tram, so that was easy, but meant that one of had to drive all the time, so could not enjoy the local wine as much as we would have liked. You can walk it, but it easy on the way in but uphill all the way on the way back, and there is no street lighting as you walk back through the woods so you need a torch/phone to light the way.

It was everything I expected it to be - it is exactly like the photos. Great view and sun from morning to early eve! It’s the perfect size for 1 person looking for some time off but not far from central nice! or for 2 people or even a small family. It’s nicely designed, very well decorated, and the installations are of quality. I was welcomed with a smile and within 5 mins everything about the property was explained to me. I personally appreciated all the additional touches, bottle of champagne, ice cubes ready, nespresso capsules, sanitizer gel, air conditioning/ heating, alarm system, shower gel ( forgot mine ), raid plugs against mosquitoes and lots of sockets for chargers!!! Thank you to the owners and congratulations on all of your hard work!

There’s nothing that I didn’t like - but if I could add one thing , it would be a bathtub!!! Although, the shower is big and comfortable with the central rain shower head and the additional hand piece!

Lovely house in a beautiful setting. Host was very accommodating and very helpful throughout the booking process.
