La vue et le gérant super sympa. Nous donnes des conseils, nous a amenés du centre à l’hôtel et inversement au retour donc très gentil. La mise à disposition de boisson dans un frigo (payant à un prix raisonnable), de livre et bougie anti moustique est fort agréable

Plusieurs mauvais points. 1. La propreté de la literie et du sommier avec des insectes. Chaque matin au réveil nous avons pleins de boutons sur le corps malgré le produit anti moustique (peut être puce de lit). 2. La wifi mobile ( une boîte à se partager entre les différents bungalow) avec une connexion en dessous de la moyenne. 3. Localisation un peu loin du centre ( petit sentier boueux et glissant pas éclairé), 10min de marche pour accéder au centre. 4. Plein jour à 6h du matin à cause des rideaux pas du tout occultant 0% ! 5. Très chaud dans la chambre malgré le ventilateur. 6. Situé en hauteur donc capte la résonance de la baie avec la musique tard le soir (3-4h du matin des fois).

The view from the garden is great, sunrises and sunsets were amazing from the villa. The quality-cost rate is fair as this is quite a cheap place to stay in port Barton. The host is very nice and helpful, he arranged the transport to El Nido for us and the driver he recommended drove safely.

Please do not expect anything fancy - no hot water or AC available and there is no a real shower, you have to shower next to the WC, so everything gets wet. The mattress was really hard and uncomfortable.

Wifi doesn’t work, the room needs to have replacement of furniture (shower and toilets are too old). Putting airco or a silent fan would be grealty appreciated.

Beautiful location on the hill overlooking the bay! Close walk to town along the beach. The owner was friendly and super helpful! The property is up on a hill so you have to be able to walk some steep stairs up to the cottages. They were helpful with the luggage and with transport! Beer and water was available for purchase. Lovely sitting area overlooking the bay! Beautifully maintained property. We loved our stay here!

The futon bed downstairs was pretty hard. Probably just fine for kids or younger people with good backs.

We stayed 3 people at Walther’s place for 3+2 days. The view is amazing from the cottage. It is a quiet place, clean and there was a small kitchenette to boil water and cook a simple meal. Simple and good. Good value for money.

The wifi was unstable and no running water in the toilets, but it is quite normal for the area.

Basic but spacious bungalow with stunning terrace with views across Port Barton Bay. Best location if you don't mind being a short walk away from the centre. Beautiful grounds and handy kitchenette. Was picked up by the owner and dropped off at the bus depot when i left which was very handy.

The location and the view is great. It is located slightly outside of town, but within 5-10 min walk you are at the beach. It is very silent and relaxing place. Drinks like water, beer and other softdrinks are available on the propeties ground, so you dont need to carry your own.

Lovely location overlooking the bay. short distance from town meant it was a bit more peaceful. the cottages were nice enough to be able to sit outside in the day / evenings and enjoy the view. There was also a fridge with bottles of water, soft drinks and beer that you could help yourself too (and pay upon check out) which meant there was no need to carry waters and supplies back from the town. the host was also really friendly and even gave us an early morning lift to the bus stop.

As would be expected being in this setting there are some lizards and frogs etc. that appear at night. Was not an issue at all and nothing (apart from a couple of very small lizards) got in to the cottage but might be off putting if you have a significant phobia.

The view is astounding, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean

Amazing view, we liked being over the hill instead of inside the town as the rest of places. Walter is really helpful and provide you with everything you may need, from mosquitos repellent to picking you up from the station to even going to the transport company to ask about their service to your next destination, just amazing, thank you!! Also, having a kitchen I won't stay in any other place in Port Barton.

Only thing is that there is no hot water and that being on the hill, you really need to use the mosquitos repellent!! And we had some ants over the bed, but they disappeared after spraying some repellent over it before going out on the first day.

Everything is good about this place, the view is awesome and the bungalows are spread around beatiful gardens, we actually had a small house, kitchen,bathroom and lounge with patio. Walter and his staff are so obliging and helpful. They have a kayak that you can use, which we did and it's fun. The steps up are ok but not good for disabled. Without the steps....no good view over Port Barton so I would sooner walk up the steps and have the view. The price is very good. Lastly, our last 2 days we paid alot of money to stay at a posh place on the beach for a room with bathroom, we should have stayed at Bayview. Can't wait to go back! Walter and staff...Thankyou so much for making our trip a great trip. The photos are just how it is except the view photo, the view is much better than shown

Wonderful stay in Evergreen Bayview. We have enjoyed every minute staying in this apartment. We had kitchen which we used everyday for breakfast. Very spacious house with two small terraces near by and one biger with amazing view. There was also fridge available and the owner offers drink for reasonable price if you don't want to go to the store. The place is 12 minutes from the center of Port Barton - center means beach, restaurants.... But the nearest shop was 3 minutes by walk.The owner even dropped us at the bus station. Very peaceful and wonderful place. I can imagine to stay here longer, even for one month.

Everything was wonderful

The view is great! The room was spacious. Nice landscaping. Location is near town. Me and my friends had an amazing stay. The owner was also very hands on.

They gave us an experience that exceeded our expectations. We love the view. We love to cook and there is an available kitchen so we managed to make our meals extra romantic on the days that we spent our vacation in their place. Walter and Lita are very accommodating and are the best people we transacted in Palawan. We will go back to Port Barton soon.

The vieuw was awesome, bungalow was big and clean, not expensive. Staff was helpfull and friendly. A beautiful well kept garden. Most of the windows had misquoto net, so hardly any insects inside. Easy access to the beach and bay. A wonderful sereen peaceful surrounding.

WiFi was a portable access point with little data, an hour maybe. Thin mattresses on the beds, wasn't comfortable sleeping. I wouldn't mind paying more for a thicker matress. No grocery shop within walking distance. There is no restaurant or café on the plot. To reach the plot you have to climb more than 20 stone stairs uphill. No heater in the bathroom, so cold showers. And the shower and toilet are in one spot, sadly always a wet toilet seat.

Amazing place. My wife did not wanted to leave and kids next day wanten to return back.
