Miscommunication with the front desk. One personnel from front desk mentioned that having the laundry arranged was free (both my friend and I heard the same thing, "free"). We left the laundry bag full of our clothes outside of our room for them to collect. We, then received our clothes after, with a receipt of the laundry fees listed lol.

Spacious, good location - easy to book taxi, near center

Very cean and comfortable and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
No housekeeping on the weekends but they provided me with fresh towels.
Fast wifi. Hot shower. Cool aircon (although I found it difficult to get an acceptable temperature).
Great location.
People scraping their bloody chairs unceasingly!!
Seriously. Can a human move about that much on a chair and for that many hours on end???
Please invest in those things you put on the bottoms of the chair legs that stop them making a noise!

Clean rooms, nice accommodations
No soundproofing whatsoever, sounds permeate through the wall and ceiling. After leaving a substantial tip for housekeeping, upon checkout we were asked to wait in the lobby so they can check the room and make sure I didn't steal anything
