Location is superb, large balcony is awesome, ceiling height was something that adds a lot to the whole ambiance

I'm regular guest at this appartment and it gets hot in the room because its the last floor under the roof. Given that info, AC is crucial. When we were thwre recently, flaps on the AC unit were broken, and it blazted cold air direcrly at the person sleeping on the bed. So, we were cooking inside basically

Awesome place, amazing view and great area

Funky smell

The cost of the room matched both the room and the location in a more upscale part of downtown than where I had been for a few days before. The host was so responsive that I never went very long without a response to my queries. That made me feel well looked after. The room itself was lovely and the bathroom was perfect. I even walked from the hotel to the train station since I had so much time till my bus and, at 74 and with problem knees, it was still doable and enjoyable since the day was sunny and warm.

It took forever to heat up the room the first time but once it reached a good warmth, I could turn off the a/c and go out for the day and within a short time after returning and turning it back on, it was warm again. Just that first night was a bit cold but they had an extra blanket that did the trick.

The location was the only thing that was perfect. I must add the terrace was very nice as well. The apartment was newly furnitured, and nice on the apperance.

The apartment had all the time a terribel smell, like from the carpet or wooden floring, and gave all the time the sensation of not being clean. It would smell like toilet all the time. Even if you would open the balcony door... and get some air, all the time it was impossibel to bear. The lift to get to the 8-th floor was really small, for us a family of three, we had to crush each other to use the lift at the same time.
