The location was excellent. Easy to walk to the lake, and the restaurants and bars. Very near the gondola stations too (not walkable). The place was very spacious and we enjoyed having the outdoor area.
The hosts were not very responsive. When we arrived there was no plug for the kitchen sink. We required to be able to wash baby bottles so expected a speedier response but we were told to "rinse the baby bottles under the tap" (not appropriate!)

I liked the size of the apartment - for a family with three kids it was perfect. I also very much appreciated the all the equipment in the kitchen, I did not miss a thing!
The apartment is in the ground floor, two bedrooms' windows are in front of the waste collection point. They start with the forklift at 6am, it was disturbing.
We also experienced cigaret-like smell in the living room and one of the bedrooms. The hosts tried to help with the odor absorber, it got a bit better. I still expect the non-smoking apartment to be non-smoking.

The apartment was so good and very unique. It included everything you need and all the supplies that you could think off. The beds were comfy and the backyard was clean . The building had private free parking and it helped a lot
The bathroom was clean but it had a bad smell that bothered us and any time we left the bathroom door open the smell is spread through the apartment (our apartment had two bathrooms the one in the main room was fine and had no problems but the other one was the problem). Moreover the washing machine is not private and it’s not free and the dryer didn’t work as expected.
