Great location, great view from the rooms, the beach area is beautiful! They let you use the pool before checkin which is good. Rooms are OK.
Checkin was excruciatingly long. The queue was endless for a couple of hours. The process per person is so long.
The face scanner to go out of the room section to the lobby is unnecessary - if there are 5 people wanting to get in and 5 to get out it forms a queue coz everyone needs to scan their face.
During our visit at some point only 1 out of 3 elevators was working which was super annoying
All this security plus you there was a wedding that day which made afternoon nap completely impossible, luckily they finished by 22h

La struttura molto bella e la zona è molto comoda
Manaus è un posto molto tranquillo e la struttura è molto lontana dal centro, quasi immersa nella foresta.
Da alcune stanze sincere un tramonto meraviglioso

Nice hotel, great pool, lovely room, comfortable bed
WiFi was not anything remotely resembling high speed, very intermittent signal. Annoying face scanning/wristband system to access pool area. No direct beach access and path to beach feels unsafe and poorly lit.

The view from pool was amazing but there was no confortable chair enough
There was no easy way to the beach and it was far from many attractions. The price for extending the Check out hours was very expensive and there was no place to wait for airplane hours than the main lobby
