Lovely design and you can see the mt Fuji from the room window although quite a distance

Spacious and clean room for a family of 4. Also, breakfast is delicious. We also love the fireplace in the lobby.
The onsen water temperature could be improved, it is not hot enough.

Beautiful hotel and area, a very peaceful stay. Our room was spacious and clean with Tatami mats and futons, it felt very special. The morning boxes for breakfast were delicious and the staff were very accommodating.

Close to impossible with finding the location, sign posted - in Japanese only. Thank you, seems the owners don’t give much care about foreign tourists. Otherwise, nice place to stay overnight for a short visit to Fuji and the lakes by car.

I was very well received, the room is huge with 2 floors, large sofa and comfortable beds, wonderful view of Mount Fuji, I recommend it to everyone.
Hotel has a strong smell and is a little old.
