Immaculate, Luxury Apartment With Spectacular Views Over Kotor Bay
Questo nuovo appartamento splendidamente arredato si trova nel villaggio di Muo, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla città medievale di Kotor, dichiarata Patrimonio dell'Umanità, con la sua varietà di caffè, ristoranti, musei e negozi. La struttura dispone di 2 balconi con vista sulla baia, aria condizionata, TV satellitare, cucina completamente integrata con elettrodomestici di alta gamma tra cui una lavastoviglie, una grande camera da letto con armadi a muro e uno spazio assegnato nel parcheggio privato. Un ripostiglio ospita la lavatrice. L'appartamento è ideale per rilassanti giornate in piscina (aperto da maggio a ottobre) o come base per una vacanza piena di attività. Il villaggio di Muo si trova sulla baia di Kotor e si affaccia sul patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO di Kotor. La città combina antico e nuovo con cattedrali risalenti al 12 ° secolo accanto a moderne boutique. Il porto turistico si trova all'ingresso di Kotor, che è dominato dal forte costruito in alto sopra la città. Salite in cima e sarete ricompensati con magnifiche viste sul fiordo e oltre.

We had a wonderful stay at Annie and Guy's apartment in the Myo sector of Kotor (a 20 minute walk from old city). The location was quiet, comfortable with a magnificent view . The apartment was well equipped for our stay and very clean. The owners always responded very quickly and we're very proactive. We highly recommend this apartment in Kotor.

Parking and directions were clear, wifi and appliances are a big benefit. Wonderful balcony view of the bay is the best.

We were lucky enough to spend 10 days at this beautiful apartment. It's in a modern building, which is well maintained and comes with an allocated parking space. The apartment is furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style. The apartment is very well equipped, so self-catering is easy, if that's your thing. The location is ideal, as you are out of the hustle and traffic noise of Kotor, yet it's only a 20 minute level stroll around the bay to get into Kotor old town. Possibly it's best asset is the spacious front balcony at the front, which offers stunning views across the bay to the old town, as well as down the bay, towards Perast, so we spent a great deal of time there in the evenings, watching the boats come and go. There is also a separate side balcony, which means you have somewhere to dry washing, without it cluttering up the main balcony. We did get to meet our hosts, as they followed us in, after we had moved on to Perast. They are lovely people, and the comms, from the moment we booked to when we left were excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment, as it really did tick all our boxes (including value-for-money), hence the 5* review.

Lovely apartment with a fantastic view of the bay. The apartment has everything you should need, and the host couldn’t be more helpful.Only negative is poor Wi-fi but lots of bars and restaurants in Kotor has excellent Wi-fi... an excuse to go out for a drink or meal.
