The location is excellent. The key safe once opened was a safe and secure system

Upon arrival only one breakfast bar stool and one coffee mug, no toaster available. One phone call and this situation was rectified. Both bar stools were very rusty and need replacing. Only 3 wine glasses, all different sizes. Inadequate bed linen for a 2 week stay.

Lucian himself was really a good guy, gave us good advices, behaved really friendly and after complains tried to react and offer something better. It was near the beach and had a good accessibility to grocery stores and restaurants.

We got the place in the first day, after a long day of traveling and walking there were no hot water, no internet. The second day the hot water didn’t last more than 10 minutes. We complained and got a new place. The place was 2 minutes away from the first one. The had internet but not quite at all. You could hear the neighbors talking, taking shower even flushing the toilet in their home! Therefore it was not easy to sleep. Hot water here also didn’t last more than 10 minutes and shower had no door or curtain. Generally it was one of the worst accommodations I’ve ever had and it doesn’t worth the price, if a warm decent shower, a tight sleep and quiet place is important for you.

The apartment was very clean, modern and everything was fully functional. The bed was a bit hard for my taste (I’m very light) but still more comfortable than most I’ve stayed in before. It had a proper duvet with a northern European sort of duvet cover which I liked a lot. The apartment was tastefully decorated.

The location is quite loud but I guess it’s like that everywhere in that area. You can hear everything that happens on the narrow road in front of the hotel as if you’re standing on the street when the window is open, luckily there aren’t any busy bars around there. There were super loud building works going on in the staircase inside the building all day every day throughout my stay which made it impossible for me to work or just relax during daytime. I think the price was too high for this and I definitely wouldn’t have booked it had I known about the works going on. This is probably a temporary issue, I stayed there in May 2021. Nonetheless it was very annoying.

Facilities and location were perfect! Thanks to Daniela for being in touch all the time. In order to open the entrance door and get the keys, you have to enter the code. So, contact the property in advance​ and check all the details.

Hot water ran out unexpectedly​ several times.

Very clean, great instructions from owner, fantastic location. Close to bus station, beaches and cafes, bars & restaurants.

The apartment had a shared patio, but no daylight in the flat.
