Ein großartiges Appartement in allerbester zentraler Lage von Puerto de la Cruz. Es ist herrlich hell und luftig, großzügig geschnitten, hervorragend ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Küchengeräten. Reinigungsmateriale waren ausreichend vorhanden sowie Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Das Appartement war absolut sauber, ein wenig hat sich die Salzluft an den Fenstern bemerkbar gemacht. Zwei Badezimmer mit jeweils Dusche und WC waren sehr komfortabel. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Ein Schlafzimmer liegt allerdings zum Innenhof und ist deshalb etwas stickig. Die vier Balkone waren fantastisch mit optimalem Blick auf das Meer, die Altstadt und die Promenade. Das Meeresrauschen war einfach nur toll (das muss man allerdings mögen, da recht laut), Geräusche von den Passanten und Musikanten aufgrund der Lage gehörten einfach dazu. Für uns die beste Lage in Puerto de la Cruz, die man sich vorstellen kann, wenn man im Herzen des Lebens und Treibens sein möchte. Problemlose und sehr freundliche schriftliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.

La vue face à l'Océan et à 180°, le fracas des vagues au pied de l'appartement, la taille vaste de l'appartement très clair et super bien situé (bord de mer et centre ville avec animation boutique resto magasins). Tout pour un super séjour

Bien noter que les baies vitrées n'isolent pas complètement des sons de l'extérieur (vagues, musiciens....). Rien de grave - ça contribue à l'ambiance bien située mais c'est à savoir.

The location is superb and we enjoyed the street scape and the roar of the ocean.

The smell of drains in the entrance courtyard, the scarcity of kitchen equipment, no obvious linen change just a lot of stuff piled in the top of the wardrobe, no contact from the owner/host to see if we were ok, We were worried we were staying in unregulated accommodation because the owner did not take a copy of our passports - in effect no one knew we were there. The property has issues with rust because of its proximity to ocean spray and it meant the bedroom sliding door would not close - although by now the owner should have had it fixed. The dishwasher was also rusty and in general the place was tired . If a bit of tlc was applied it would be a delightful holiday rental. It kind of felt like we were staying in someone else's holiday home - all a bit cluttered in places.
