2/2 Villa w/FREE 2 person gas cart near Sumter Landing/Pet friendly.
Questa è la nostra proprietà 2/2 appena acquistata a Buttonwood con un CARRELLO GOLF GAS (valore di $ 250 al mese da solo!) Sii una delle prime persone a condividere la nostra casa. Ben arredato, dipinto di fresco con nuovissimo tappeto, lavatrice / asciugatrice e soffitti a volta. Questa villa con patio si trova in una zona altamente desiderabile. A pochi passi dalla piscina Fishhawk e dal centro ricreativo e da molti campi da golf in cui è possibile prendere il carrello del gas. Per non parlare della piazza della città di Sumter Landing che si trova nelle vicinanze. * Noleggio a lungo termine disponibile *
Per accedere alle piscine e ai centri ricreativi di The Villages devi disporre di un pass ospite. Devo inviare documenti con il tuo nome e indirizzo come appare sul tuo ID immagine. I Villaggi fanno pagare $ 50 che copre te e i tuoi ospiti durante l'intero soggiorno (penso che paghi al momento del ritiro). The Villages ha 3 piazze ciascuna con musica dal vivo gratuita dalle 18:00 alle 21:00, 365 notti all'anno. Le piazze sono ricche di negozi e ristoranti. Non è necessario il pass per partecipare alle attività nelle piazze.

We loved staying in this dog-friendly home. The owners provided lots of information and extra little touches that made the stay great. The property was exceptionally clean and had all of the things that we needed. The location was convenient and the use of the golf cart was an added bonus.Animal lovers know that finding pet-friendly places to stay while traveling is not always easy. This home is clearly owned by folks who love their pets. They provided a couple of pet extras including a leash in the garage, extra poop bags, and plenty of dog decor. I would 100% recommend this home and will certainly book the property again.

This property was just what we were looking for. It was close to two of my favorite places to go to dance which are Spanish Springs and Sumpter Landing.I didn't realize how beautiful the entire villages were until we stayed there a week and this home was just as pristine. It is ideal for a couple or even 3 people. We slept in one bedroom and had the other one for our luggage and misc. The neighborhood was so quite and peaceful. We had our coffee and breakfast outside every morning and the weather was beautiful. I am now wanting to move to the villages because of our stay there. Some people complain of the heat there however, there seems to be a swimming pool about every other mile which becons you to come and enjoy and, we did. My opinion...I think your life expectancy will go up about another 5 years living in that next to paradise environment.You will find it very hard to get stressed living or renting in the villages but if you do, it will be your own fault because there are so many fun activities to get involved in. I think their motto is...it's always a beautiful day in the villages and I totally agreeBuddy Kidd. (Wanna be villager)

The house was in a great location and very comfortable. The owner was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our short weekend stay!

Clean comfortable well appointed! Check-in was easy and fabulous. We even stayed an extra day and Tony was so quick to respond and get us booked! Fantastic golf cart! Can’t wait to stay again and bring the dogs. Thanks so much!
