Location, 360-panoramic view, fireworks! City center, lots of stores and restaurants. The apt is spacious, 2 br, living room and kitchen with awesome cooking-island in the middle.
Oven is not working good, very slow cooking, temperature is not enough for cooking (never met 200-250 degrees). Dishwasher is not working, just gone, we had to clean all dishes by hand despite the 60 EUR cleaning fee.
It could be cold in the winter because of glass-walls, but in general its OK-ish with 70 degrees set on the heater.
Extremely noisy elevator block - because of the construction specs, its not relevant to the owner or agency, they can do nothing about it.
