SIEM REAP RIVER VIEW Residence

Staff are kind and helpful. I was offered a takeaway breakfast as I had to leave early for the sunrise Angkor Wat tour. Descent breakfast and close to riverside markets. Lots of cafes, convenience stores, and dining options nearby and also a laundry right across the road.

Nothing really. Could be my misunderstanding, but the description seemed to suggest they offered a complimentary pick up, but when asked for a pick up from the bus station, I was asked for additional payment.

We had the most wonderful stay in Siem Reap, and a huge part of what made it so special was the incredible team at the hotel. From before we even arrived until the moment we left, the staff were so friendly, welcoming, helpful and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make my birthday celebration extra special, and I truly felt so appreciated and looked after throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Dalin, Lucy, Lisa, Meas and Kongkea — you were all absolutely amazing! Your kindness, warm smiles, attention to detail and willingness to help made such a difference to our experience. And Ricky the Driver is so friendly. The birthday arrangements were beautiful and so thoughtful. It was clear that the team put genuine effort into making the celebration memorable, and I will always remember the kindness you showed us. Thank you for making our time in Siem Reap so enjoyable and for making my birthday even more special. You have an amazing team, and your hospitality is truly outstanding. 10/10 without hesitation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Siem Reap. 🇰🇭❤️

Property was very clean staff were amazing and friendly very helpful and always cheerful breakfast was awesome the pool was great and yes we will be back some day

Everything close to river, markets shops just in the right place to enjoy all

Really close to the centre, majority of staff were really friendly and room was really nice.

Beds were VERY firm and breakfast could’ve had more options. First room had electrical issues and caught fire whilst we were in the room and no smoke alarms, however staff were efficient with moving us to different rooms and compensating without prompting.
