The Inks Hotelhas clean rooms and toilets, and the reception staff is friendly.
The rooms are small and the TV and telephone in the room don't work. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and closes early on other days, making it difficult to have dinner at the hotel. The internet consistently has problems. During a 5-day stay, the room was only checked once. Additionally, credit/debit cards are not accepted, so cash is required.

A simple and comfortable place to stay for a short time. Room was clean, basic bathroom with hot water. Wifi was ok, sometimes not working but strong signal most of the time. The location is the best part, 5mins walk to most long distance bus journey departures.
Decent value for Nairobi, but overall still quite expensive for a simple room.

It was so close and in an industrious area, The staff was lovely helped changing my dollars to Kenya money

If you expect "The Rotz" you will suffer 😁 Otherwise you will like to save money and enjoy your stay 🥂👍

There was no breakfast. It's not a bed and breakfast.
The room was literally dirty. Dust all over like it hasn't been cleaned for two weeks plus. I reached the guy at the reception but said no other room available, I arrived there at midnight after a long trip I had no option. In the morning, I started sneezing.
The towel was literally dirty, bedsheets dirty I had to ask for the clean one's, no difference either.
The price was higher than the one indicated at the booking.com website. They refused to take the price given by the booking.com.

Facilities was good and very near all departments of govt and private
We book hotel in USD But the hotel management insists that don't pay dollars just give us shilling and they also demand extra money .

There is a Cool environment. And the staff is friendly. The location is close to where i wanted to go (Goethe Institut). Liked the stay
