Reno hotel

I've been returning to this hotel for three years now because it is a gem. Mainly because of it's perfect location. A real value for money because the security, facilities and cleanliness is top notch.

1. Need to improve on Wifi connection. It keeps getting disconnected. 2. I say this with zero ill intention but guests from the middle east and the mainland tends to be quite loud so... maybe impose some guidelines on that matter. 3. I was surprised that guests must pay safety deposit now. I've been coming here for three years and this was the first time I had to pay it. I have no problem of paying but the policy change tells me some of the guests hadn't been behaving.

The hotel was conveniently located, the price was reasonable, the staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and it was good to have a pool and fitness centre

Nice design. Very nice staff.

No sitting area in the lobby. Smelly in the area before the cafe.

Location . Staff in the front deck. They want to help guest.

No staff to take our bags. No late check out. The clean of room not perfect especially under the beds.
