Immaculately clean, exceptionally comfortable, easily accessible, laundry service (wash & dry for €5)
Extremely helpful and friendly staff.
I arrived early but, this wasn’t any problem as they allowed me to rest in the cool kitchen area, out of the midday sun.
There was nothing that I didn’t like.

Location was great right in the old town and with a very good cafe next door for breakfast.

Close to centre . Clean & comfortable .
The keys didn’t work properly . Especially in the morning to try to get into the first floor from 2 ne floor to drop my bag for jacotrans . I tried and tried forever . It was so restarting . Luckily a fellow pilgrim heard my pleas and opened the door up . Please make it easier . The lock is so difficult . I almost gave up .
