Communication before hand and on arrival was very good. It was a very clean and comfortable house. Bedding and towels were all spotlessly clean. Heating was very good and kept the house snug. One of the radiators wasn't working but this was promptly attended to. Parking on drive was good.

Lovely place to stay very homely.....was bit disappointed to receive text message @8 am to say housekeeper will be arriving @10am when we had already arranged a later check out time due to having 2 disabled persons with us so was a bit of made rush to get everything together....also messaged staff got no reply back....
