We had a fantastic stay. From the very start, our host was excellent, great communication, and really helpful info that made everything easy. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and exceptionally well equipped, right down to the lovely touch of wine and fruit on arrival. The location was perfect, right in the Old Town, just steps from Playa Chica beach and close to the harbour, yet still quiet at night. Overall, great host, great apartment, great location. We genuinely couldn’t fault our stay and would definitely come back.

Buena ubicación, justo delante de la playa; está muy bien distribuido y cuidado al más mínimo detalle. El anfitrión estuvo pendiente de la llegada, así como el problema que tuvimos con el aire acondicionado que no nos funcionó y nos ofreció unos detalles de bienvenida, lo cual lo agradecemos.

El aire acondicionado está instalado en el salón, pero el aire no llega a la habitación. Aunque somos conscientes que el clima de Lanzarote favorece las plagas de cucarachas, sólo encontramos dos en el apartamento, pero creo que sería recomendable, dado que se trata de un local de uso turístico, que hubieran unos controles periódicos a través de una empresa de eliminación de plagas.

Communal bins located on street in front of the property. It was very noisy early in the morning when the bin lorry arrived to collect refuse .

Spacious,bright and pristine apartment with excellent privacy, views and locality. 100 metres to the beach and several bars and restaurants within 2 minutes walk from the apartment but very quiet and peaceful despite being in the heart of the Old Town close to the harbour. There is a balcony and a shared sun terrace which we used every day. There is a local supermarket 2 minutes walk from the apartment. It was very nice of our hosts to provide fruit and a bottle of wine on arrival and Jose and his wife were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and we were very comfortable in the apartment.

One socket adjacent to the microwave is defective and we had to use an extension lead to plug into another socket in order to operate it. There is a slight noise issue due to people depositing glass and tins in the recycling bins which are located on the roadside outside the front entrance of the property. The draw cord rod on the curtains covering the French Windows came lose during our visit.
