Hotel Terra Iasi

We came late and were looking for a hotel that would be on the way to onward travel in the Carpathians. The hotel fitted all these needs - on the main road but still bery quiet, spacious room with a good shower, large parking lot, and a good breakfast for the way. Well worth the money.

Excellent bed, clean sheets and comforter and an overall good night of rest.

The room was amazing, good size and very clean. The breakfast was very tasty and the staff was very nice.

The evening / night front desk guy barely said anything at all during check. It took him about 7 minutes to check us in and during this time there was just awkward silence. The pinnacle was him throwing us the card to the room on the counter with a very generous “POFTIM”. This receptionist is a total joke. While check-out time is 12:00, housekeeping knocked at our door at 11:50 to let us know they want to start cleaning the room. There is no real soundproofing; the “Deluxe” room we booked was facing the road and after 5 AM the traffic is already quite heavy. There is a chance we didn’t even get the room we booked.
