We received a very warm welcome. Although the owner spoke neither German nor English, the check-in was still handled in a very friendly and professional manner. Something must have gone wrong with the payment on Booking, but our room was reserved nonetheless, and we were able to pay on site. Unfortunately, the room was a bit different than expected. Maybe we didn’t look closely enough at the pictures, but the cover photo must have been taken of one of the more luxurious apartments. Our apartment in the attic (2nd floor, no elevator) had a rather rustic decor. The furnishings, especially in the bathroom, were already a bit worn, and we only had a bathtub—in which we couldn’t even take a shower because of the sloped ceiling. But - to be fair - everything was very clean. The advertised sauna, located in the courtyard, was - according to the information posted - only available on weekends (though we admit, due to the language barrier, we didn’t ask how strictly this rule was). We paid a little extra specifically to have our own kitchen instead of using the communal one. However, the very spartan kitchenette next to the bed didn’t even have a simple coffee maker, dish towels, etc. The owners were polite, the accommodation was clean, there was a fenced-in parking lot, and the location in the city was excellent. Overall, we can recommend the accommodation, even if it didn’t quite meet our expectations.

In our opinion, the small extra charge for the kitchen wasn't worth it, since the kitchen was very sparsely equipped (no dish towels, not even a simple coffee maker). There was also no dining table where you could have eaten (a tiny table against the wall could only be used as a shelf because of the sloped ceiling). The sauna is only available on weekends, and the bathroom had only a bathtub (it probably said so in the description, I guess, so that was probably my fault that I haven't read that) that couldn't be used as a shower; the sink cupboard was already a bit worn. We weren’t entirely convinced by the room’s furnishings, but the place was definitely clean, the location is great, and check-in and check-out went very smoothly.

Die kleine Wohnung war wirklich schön und gut ausgestattet, so dass man hätte auch ein kleines Abendessen oder Frühstück zubereiten können. Bad hatte einen Föhn und Pflegeprodukte. Was für mich besonders toll war, war die komfortable und vor allem große! Dusche. Die Betten waren ein Traum. Die zentrale Lage ermöglichte nach einem Abendspaziergang eine Kleinigkeit noch essen oder trinken zu gehen. Weil es so schön war haben wir beschlossen noch eine einen Tag länger zu verweilen. Sehr hilfreich war der Austausch wieder Gastgeberin, die uns Tipps zum Nationalparkbesuch gab und auch die Überfahrt organisiert hatte. Danke nochmal! Ein absoluter Plus war ein abgeschlossene Parkplatz auf dem Gelände. Sollten wir noch mal Łeba besuchen werden wir auf jeden Fall die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Overall it was pretty decent - position, facilities, staff, all good.

We were in a room under the roof and the ceilings were sloping leading to me constantly banging my head on the ceiling.
