Location , modern, clean

Windows inside the building ? No natural light ..

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. Location was outstanding! The room was absolutely beautiful and clean and very spacious with modern amenities. The staff was very helpful and kind. The restaurant has amazing food! I highly recommend eating there.

Arriving by car, like we did, can be a little confusing to find the parking entrance because the hotel is located in a pedestrian only area. However, a quick telephone call and the receptionist guided us up into pulling in to the entrance. There truly is nothing not to like about this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We stayed in a spacious Deluxe room with a lovely view of the Main Square. The room was spotless, tastefully furnished, and very well equipped, including a minibar. The bathroom was exceptionally large, modern, and everything was in excellent condition. Breakfast was served as a buffet and the food was fresh and tasty. While the selection was somewhat smaller than what you would typically find in large international hotel chains, this was perfectly understandable given the boutique size of the hotel, and we were still very satisfied with the quality. The housekeeping service was also excellent. We asked the housekeeper to give us a little more time before cleaning the room, and she kindly returned later and prepared the room perfectly. Overall, the service throughout our stay was outstanding.

There was very little to complain about during our stay. If we had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast selection, which could offer a slightly wider variety. However, this is understandable given the boutique size of the hotel. The only additional feature we would have appreciated is a small wellness area with a sauna, jacuzzi, and swimming pool, which would make the overall experience even more enjoyable and complete.
