This is the most amazing house, what I saw in Terracina! Everything was fine, but of course you have to stay there with car, Marco is very friendly, knows everything about your future comfort, and offer how to improve your accommodations! I think it is the most romantic place for loving people, the villa Maria on the sea is the perfect place to stay there with children and family! Anyway this place is Fantastic, we stayed there 28 days and never regret! Do not think a lot, choose this place, because others in this residence are not so comfortable as this!
