The electricity cut out at 4 AM and the apartment door was open as it is an electric door with a code, not a key. I sent a message saying that I need to go out at 9 and I need to know what to do to fix the electricity. Nobody answered. I tried to contact but no answer. They called us at 11:35, saying to check with the reception of the building, which I had already done and solved the problem. I forgot my charger there and I told them 5 hours after check out and I knew that the apartment was empty because I was planning to extend my stay there before finding something else but they pretended that the apartement had clients and they didn't give me back my charger untill 3 days latter after I harassed them with messages. Communication with the management was extreemly bad
