A very nice studio apartment with the benefit of a balcony, in an excellent location, close to the town centre and river, and within easy walking distance of the railway station. Communication with the host was good, and check-in was straightforward. The apartment made a great base for exploring Rovaniemi and the surrounding area.
Access to the apartment from the street was a bit odd, but was not an issue.

Easy to communicate, found everything we were looking for. Comfortable bed, clean house.

It was clean and bright
Nice decor
It was very small
When we booked for 4 adults it was advertised as 1 x double bed, 1 x sofa, 1 x fouton. There was no fouton and the two adult ladies had to sleep head to toe on a fold out sofa. The room was so small we could only have 1 suitcase opened at a time. It definitely was not good value for the money we had to pay and was not what was advertised.

"Posizione perfetta vicinissima al centro città. Ottima comunicazione durante tutto il soggiorno, fantastico aver potuto lasciare i bagagli in deposito il giorno del check-out."
