The location was fantastic, just a short stroll from Keswick centre. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was great. Living room & kitchen are a good size with everything you’d need.

Good property had everything that was needed. Clear instructions of how to find it and where to park.

The tone of communication a little harsh. Didn’t feel welcoming.

Location was good, off-road parking, good wi-fi. Apartment was very clean.

Bedrooms were a little small, could not find any instructions for the hob. Biggest gripe was it was described as "Entire unit located on ground floor" which is technically true, but there were two steps up to get into the living room/kitchen from the bedrooms and bathroom/toilet. Since there were no handrails, my wife (due to her knee problems) found it very difficult to get up and down. When we about to leave, the fire alarm was activated. I followed the owner's written instructions to investigate, but the supplied code did not allow access to the front of the property where the fire alarm control box was situated. I had to phone the owner to give me a new code so I could investigate - an upstairs flat had burnt some toast.
