Was downstairs and the top floor was a bit annoying

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. They made checking- in process smooth and the overall stay more enjoyable. I liked the fact that there was a restaurant right on property, very convenient. Overall, I would love to stay again during my next visit and have already recommended to others. Keep up the great work!
I think the pictures online specially google should be updated to better reflect the true beauty and quality of this property. It's an injustice.

The staff and the restaurant
Shower very slow and not very hot water and nosy with those roosters

Friendly staff, nice rooms, good A/C.
Hot water didn't work 2 out of 3 times I went to shower. Someone came and fixed it once. The staff were not very responsible - I went to the office twice at around 9am (one time was actually pre-arranged), and no one was in the office or answering the phone. WiFi was a little flaky too, but worked most of the time.
Also not much to do in Alice Town itself FYI, though this is a reflection of the town and not the property.
