The host was very friendly and accommodating. When I arrived earlier than the check-in time, I messaged and asked them if it would be possible to at least drop my luggage while I explore. The host was friendly enough to let me check-in immediately, which was super helpful after a long flight. It is located just a few minutes walk to a major mall and everything you need is just within the building's doorstep. The building inside was also secure and the apartment was spacious.
It would have been perfect if there was a washing machine inside the unit so I could do my own laundry during my week-long stay in the city. But even without it, I still think the place was already perfect.

It has a nice provincial vibe. The room is wide. The bed is surprisingly comfy. The place still needs more TLC and cleaning. Like tables and chairs are aged but okay. Or like cutleries and other kitchen things, you should wash before using as it looks like it wasnt used nor cleaned for a while. I just used disposables mostly. There is no bath mat. It's basically a self catering room. The property would benefit a lot with a more proactive managing if they want to charge reasonable prices. The staff of the building are nice from reception to the guards.
There was a problem during check in as I did not receive any check in instructions. We were brought into unit 1015 and it looked like someone was living in there. That room definitely needs a deep clean. It was dusty. We did not stay that night, but left our luggages. Thankfully it was sorted out the next day, the caretaker has switched us to the other unit: 1014. Hence this review is for unit 1014.

The couch was disgustingly dirty. We asked the host to get it cleaned but he chooses to ignore that. We were asked for 2500
PHP deposit on arrival wich wasn’t shown anywhere on Booking.com. Some stuff was broken actually- don’t know what would have happened to our deposit if we would not have checked everything carefully during check in.
