Room was a good size. Breakfast had a good mix of both Western and Asian offerings.

Room was quite dark. Improved lighting especially in the bathroom would be appreciated. No western restaurants or eateries within walking distance. Shuttle bus time table could be improved. Perhaps 9am instead of 9:30am. Also one day, the 8:30 bus was changed to 8:15 without any warning so a lot of people missed out. An earlier bus leaving the fair around 5pm would be welcome.

Clean towels and clean bedding. Clean slippers.

The breakfast is terrible. We were told bread has run out when we had not eaten. Could not eat anything there. They cater only for Chinese cuisine.

Friendly staffs

The air conditioner is noisy, the room is poorly soundproofed, and not a meter outside the window is the building next to it.

Room's design is very unexpectedly cool. It is definatly different of many clone rooms in Chinese hotels. Personal very kind, but speaks english a bit. There isn't deposit payment.

Breakfast is aweful. There isn't fried eggs and franks. It is international 4* hotel and breakfast should be mixed cusine. Not only for Chinese guests.

The service and attention of the staff is simply exceptional! Any requests are executed flawlessly! A separate option is a transfer to the exhibition, which is very convenient and does not require additional payments. Compliments on the bus and at the reception in the form of drinks and goodies are also very nice!

There's always something to dislike, especially if you're a professional critic. But in the end, emotions always affect the final impression! And here they were on top! The staff helped with that! Therefore, there is no negative! Thank you all!
