Nette Ferienanlage am Rande von Olbia. Trotzdem ruhig und sehr grün. Allerdings leider etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Klima funktionierte nicht (wurde uns aber bei der Ankunft mitgeteilt und war für uns kein Problem hätten sonst upgrade können). Küche könnte auch mit mehr ausgestattet sein, z. B. keine Teller vorhanden. Wurden super nett empfangen.
Terrassentüre liess sich nicht schliessen und duschkabine war undicht, somit Überflutung des Badezimmer.

Easy to arrive (following the location they send, not the one on google maps), easy to park.
Super silent location.
Well located, close to Olbia, with great views of the mountains, and there is a big supermarket nearby.
Once we did the reservation we were informed on an email that "the spa, swimming pools, fitness centre and restaurants are not available as the Geovillage hotel is still closed following the Covid emergency". Surprised (COVID emergency in mid 2023?) I wrote asking if this was a non updated automatic message, but I never received an answer. They explained it to us the same day we arrived: some areas are still closed and few employees are running what they have left.
We totally understood what they meant: unnumbered staff which can't take care efficiently of the installations, super slow response times for urgent issues (12 hours without electricity after a storm, until we were asked to raised the electric breaker of our room (which it's ok) but also of another one on the building... also, 3 days without smoke extractor at the kitchen.
Room's door can't be closed, the water heater (located at the middle of the department) is extremely noisy, the TV is so old that it doesn't even have Internet connection.

It was such a good location. The receptionist is very accommodating. I love the structure of the house
The electricity keeps on malfunctioning. The bathroom is clean but not fully specially the shower because the sliding door is almost broken

-Wiola, reception lady was great and verry kind.
-Piece and queit.
-A lot of ants in the kitchen and on entry in apartment,
- Nobody cleaned apartment for 9 days,
- Without toilet paper on arrival.
- Without basic staff in the kitchen, (salt, peper, oil for cooking, paper towels, etc.
-Missing chairs for sitting in the garden or in front of the apartment. And extremely uncomfortable chairs in dinning room.
- No possible earlier check in on our request because we have early flight, 17h is verry late.

Very beautiful, modern and spacious room, beautiful views from windows. If you got car, then the location (far from citycentre) doesn't matter, without car it would have been more complicated to move around.

The staff was amazing and extremely helpful with everything! Our room was really nice, clean and comfortable - the kitchen was fully stocked with all the amenities needed. overall, everything was perfect. The view from our balcony was amazing!!

Very spacious flat with all you need for a nice stay. Very friendly staff at reception, gave some good recommendations for breakfast
AC was not working, but luckily it was not that hot and we could sleep with all the windows open

Great nature arround, rocks and beautiful mountains. You must have a car or other - bus stops are so far away (30-40 minutes on foot). Apartment is in ok condition. Will be better if the owner have better communication support. If you are in trouble - answering late, per weekend - no chance of responding questions at all!!
Resort area has no shops etc. You must do food shopping in advance if you planned cook at the apartment.

Loved the lady on reception, location, size of the apartment and well kept surroundings. Communication was great too!
The only thing would have been a double bed as it was a little awkward to sleep 2 on 2 single beds but only a very small thing

Modern flats.
Diffcult to find the flat once checkin is performed. Very narrow time slots to checkin and check out. A bit stressing... Also, there were a lot of ants in the flat and the tv antenna was not working...

Good size apartment, own parking and a garden.
Well located if you have a car.
Was reasonably priced and clean inside.
No instructions for equipment in the apartment. Staff only there for a small amount of time during the day. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. No basic amenities like salt or oil for cooking.

2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. Ok value for the price. Kind reception lady, also withon reach of tje Spiaggia Pittulpngu. The beach can compare to payable beaches as Lu impostu or others, but is free.

There was no breakfast included but it was not part of booking
apartment was quite worm out not at eqiupt and fresh as in pics. It did not even provide cuttlery for 4 of us, we only got 3 forks and knifes. The bed sheet smelled

Reception was very welcoming and friendly.

We booked it for one night on the day we want to sleep. They confirmed it right away. We sent our papers and check in/out was very smooth. They accept credit/debit card.
The room's cleanliness was way below our expectations. There were no dishwashing detergent, so we needed to use shower gel to wash our dishes.

Just the location
Worst check-in ever experienced in my life. We received a message that check in was available from 4pm onwards so we made arrangements according. No one greeted us at the agreed location. We phones countless times - we waited around an hour until someone actually bothered to pick up the phone we were instructed to call on. The late check in disrupted our evening plans. To add insult to injury the host kept insisting that he had been trying to reach us over the phone, which he clearly did not.
