The hotel is very nicely appointed and in the right location for visiting Dalat. Ha is very helpful and they have scooters there for rent at a great price. One stop shop and you feel like at home. Highly recommend.

Great value and overall good experience.

Reception are friendly, helpful and speak English. Beds are a tad firm but I had no problems. Wifi always worked well and it's a bonus being able to cook some of your own food if you wish upstairs.

Damn dogs next door can yap sometimes but that is not the hotels fault. They are short staffed so if you are staying longer term they may not be able to clean the room every day. Didn't bother me.

The staffs are super friendly, nice, and helpful. The room is clean, well prepared, and has many power sockets.

Such a good value for this price. You get to have a decent clean room, have a kitchen to cook if you want to, and the owner is very helpful and friendly

- clean, minimal / basic room; good value for the price - shared kitchen / refrigerator access - nice to have the option to prepare foods

- the shower was not always hot - the "refrigerator" in the room was not actually a cold refrigerator? but there's a shared refrigerator, so that's okay - asked if I could extend my stay which was initially accepted; was told later at midnight that family members of the owner were visiting, so I needed to leave the next day

The staffs are quite friendly, and they gave me an early check in free of charge (Of course I wouldn't be willing to pay anyway after being crudely ordered to leave the room in order for room cleaning).

Despite their friendliness, the staff were very conservative in dealing with matters and not flexible at all: 1) I arrived quite early, at about 4:10 am. So the hotel was closing their doors at that point despite I tried to ring the bell several times under the coldness of Da Lat in early mornings. So I was let freezed waiting outside the hotel for more than an hour before they opened and let me in. 2) I arrived earlier than normal check in time, so I requested for an early check in with additional 1/2 day charge if they have empty rooms. They did allow me to check in with additional fee. However, when I entered, the room was not clean after the previous customer left. I saw some hairs still on the bed and pillow, no toilet paper in the bathroom. I was pretty tired so I put my clean tower over the pillow and slept through it for about 1-2 hours. Then I went downstairs to get some toilet paper and was crudely requested to move out of the room immediately for room cleaning even though I told them I have unpacked some of my stuff already. 3) We requested to rent a scooter for 4 continuous days with a 2 day gap in between staying in another place far away from the city center for some quiet break. Even though I messaged them weeks in advanced (coz I knew for sure that it was the peak season and would be difficult to arrange a bike upon arrival), and got confirmation that we could rent it from them, they then told me at the hotel that they only let me rent the bike for the days that I stayed with them, and I needed to find another bike in between. For a normal situation, it's ok, however, it's the peak season of LNY so it was a struggle and a waste of time for us to look for another bike (at a double price) with such a short notice. Luckily we found one after endless phone calls to several other places and of course we needed to pay double price for a low quality bike since it's our only option.

The hotel was very helpful in giving tips on how to get to places. Was able to grt around places easily.
