No me pudieron resolver una cancelación de reservación por motivos de la tarjeta ajenos a nosotros. No se pudo conectar Netflix a la televisión.

Loved everything about the place - the character, the location, the price, the rooftop pool. Fantastic.

Das Beste war tatsächlich das Frühstück, einfach aber ok.

Lage des Hotels zwar recht zentral, aber direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße gelegen. Wir hatten für 3 Übernachtungen eine Junior-Suite, die sehr geräumig war, allerdings mit Fenstern direkt zur Hauptstraße hin. Straßenlärm war Tag und Nacht zu hören. Für eine Zimmerkategorie dieser Art unmöglich. Sollte bei Buchung bedacht werden. Am Ende der Reise waren wir nochmal für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel und hatten nur ein DZ gebucht. Die sind sehr klein, teilweise ohne Fenster und je nach Lage hört man im Zimmer die Geräusche der Klimageräte, die auf dem Dach des Hotels angebracht sind. Auch hier ein ständiger Geräuschpegel. Wir haben uns beschwert und daraufhin ein ruhigeres Zimmer bekommen, allerdings sehr klein. In beiden DZ gab es keine Tür zwischen Bad und Schlafraum. Das Personal an der Rezeption war entweder arrogant, nicht kooperativ oder schlichtweg überfordert. Ebenfalls kaum Englischkenntnisse. Für uns kein Problem, da wir Spanisch sprechen, aber wir haben andere Hotelgäste beobachtet, die nicht Spanisch sprachen, die hat man einfach stehen lassen. Wir haben dann geholfen und übersetzt. Das kann in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht sein. Booking.com sollte sich überlegen, das Hotel ganz aus seinem Programm zu nehmen. Wir haben bis heute (wir waren dort Anfang März 2024) noch ein Problem wegen der Bezahlung mit dem Hotel und booking.com und warten auf eine Lösung seitens booking.com.

Habitación muy cómoda, baño completo, aire acondicionado funcionante. Buen desayuno, con pequeños cambias día a día lo que permitía no aburrirse. Con un Juan Valdez en la recepción se podía complementar con un buen café lo que lo hacía perfecto. Piscina algo chica pero muy aprovechable. Buenas vistas desde la azotea a la fortaleza y la muralla.

Si bien la piscina era disfrutable, estaría bueno que cerrara más tarde. Sería provechoso tener un horario más amplio para disfrutarla a la vuelta de las actividades en Cartagena.

We paid for having a Junior Suite, instead we had a room with 2 queen size bed, 2 bathroom and no living room. That was a room for a family of 4 definetely not a suite by any meaning. At the reception they couldn't tell us how that room is qualifying as a junior suite but they were insisting that the room was a junior suite. The booking description of the room and the photos don't match AT ALL for what we got.

Me encantó la ubicación, el hotel es muy lindo porque mantiene lo colonial, nuestra habitación tenía vista al castillo San José caminando fue muy cerca, y hacia la torre del reloj también muy cerca, las piezas y baños impecables, solo mejoraría la luz de las habitaciones, desayuno rico y la gente muy atenta

La luz de las habitaciones, son tan lindas pero les falta mejorar la luz son muy lúgubres, y siento que pierden en eso, la tele de una de las piezas no funcionaba ni conectarlas al wifi
