Saigon By Night Luxury Hotel

Things I loved about the property: the staff. When a medical equipment machine broke, the owner helped me open and look at the casing and diagnose the problem. We couldn’t fix it, but I really appreciated it. Ty at front desk and housekeeping were absolutely amazing, very kind and caring. When I had a short-notice dental surgery, Ty helped me set up appointments and even let me eat breakfast late one day, because I was having trouble sleeping. I felt very cared for. I loved how sturdy and noise proofed the floor was, and how balanced the breakfast was. Even on the first floor, I didn’t hear any footsteps.

The doors regrettably have some gapping, which allows more sound to travel than I would have preferred. Some cultural differences occasionally made things difficult. Some of the equipment etc. is in need of a refresh, but I believe the owner already plans a refresh around the new year.
