Riad Fes Touria Palace

The location was perfect, just on the edge of the medina so easy to navigate. Really pretty inside and great value. Food was good, and dinners were freshly cooked. The absolute best thing about our stay was the lovely Omar, who went out of his way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. He also arranged trips and meals out for us, and even escorted us there when we were unsure where to go. Thank you Omar- we will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay in Touria Palace! The Riad was perfectly positioned and very affordable. But we can say the best part of our stay was Omar! When we got to the Riad he was very welcoming and helped us in anyway he could. He organised bookings for restaurants, tours, henna and hammam spas which was so nice! His wanting to help felt so genuine and we felt very cared for. Thank you so much Omar!

Everything, the place had all that I needed, it is beautiful, and very well located in the heart of the medina. The breakfast was so good as well. Omar was very nice and friendly. He upgrade my room just because a better one was free, I do appreciate it. The room has conditioner air too. Everything fantastic for a really good price.

Omar as the staff. What the riad lacked as facilities, Omar made it up by his hospitality. Location was super nice. Close the many attractions. However it is close to the drainage canal.

I did not like my room. It was smelling really bad due to the drainage canal. I was not able to open windows and faced sheer lack of ventilation and privacy. I was given a room on the ground floor which right next to eating area. I felt lack of privacy as people constantly chatting around. I did not realize that room was on the ground floor from the pictures and descriptions. I had to change my Riad due to the smell and lack of privacy and I was told that I will not be refunded. I decided to move anyway as the smell was unbearable. Also the riad was quite basic and quite gloomy in terms of lighting. Had it not been for Omar, I would have rated this Riad a 3.
