Location is excellent, about 15 minutes by bus to the ocean, or 45 minutes walk, plenty of things to see nearby, close to Cabo da Roca (you can get there by bus), beds are comfy enough, kitchen has everything you need to cook + toaster + coffee machine. Colares is a a nice town to stay, there are 2 supermarkets nearby in case you intend to cook at home. Price is very good indeed.
Luckily there were no other people around so it was quiet for us.
Humidity levels are very high if you keep windows closed, we had to use the fan and open windows at night and during the day. Shower leaks sometimes so something needs to be done about it. No washing machine, but possibility to go to the laundry nearby.
May not have enough room for some people, rooms are small, only 1 table in the kitchen.
