Everything was outstanding.

The hotel is stunning, the staff are friendly and super helpful, and then there are all the added extras that made our second stay here perfect AGAIN.

The water come out of the cold water tap is very hot!? the cold/hot water tap doesn't really work well.

Everything was exceptional we had a lovely stay the staff are very friendly, polite, cooperative and considerate.

This place is incredibly pretty, for a slice of Chiang Mai you wouldn't even know it was there. Really well thought out set up and perfect for photos (as many people can attest). Staff were friendly and helpful, food was great. Really easy to get around from this as a central location too.

A little noisy with sound coming through the hallways from under the front door, otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

This place is unique and I mean it! First of all, I want to thank the Inside House Team for arranging our honeymoon. You made us feel special. We love the flowers, the cake, the wine and the special note written for us. This hotel is beautifully decorated and the big tree in the garden bring peace and serenity to this place. For the people reading my review, my only advise is « BOOK THIS HOTEL NOW ». The cleanliness of the place is indescribable. The food is so well presented and tasty. No words can describe it. The breakfast was very yummy. The afternoon tea was special. Hubby and I were pleasantly surprised by the Thai sweet. I almost forgot the cheesecake! A bomb! The eclair meringue was to die for! We really enjoyed our stay. We felt good. We had such good meals. The staff was extremely attentive. In some days, they cleaned our room twice while we were just down stairs enjoying the afternoon tea. Best hotel I have ever stayed.

This was truly one of the most serenely beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. And I’ve travelled a lot. The staff couldn’t have done more for us. Every detail was covered. From the welcome drinks & refreshing cold towels at check in, to the bubbles left for us in our room, to the afternoon tea and then the farewell goodie bag. Truly spectacular. Thank you. A fabulous stay and one we’ll never forgot.

We stayed here for a week and this hotel deserves 6 stars in all senses. The room is very nice. It’s spacious and very well decorated. The staff is super friendly, we felt at home every moment of our stay. And the breakfast is beyond words. I traveled a lot, but never experienced a breakfast like this. It’s served by super friendly staff. Like I said, it’s not a breakfast, it’s an experience. And than there is happy our in the afternoon, which really makes you happy. Thank for making our stay a memory to nurture!!

Amazing Property and a superb location in the heart of Chiang Mai.

Requested an extension in the checkout time by 1.5 hrs, since we were travelling with a toddler which was blatantly denied ( The late checkout was requested at 01:30 pm instead of 12:00 noon)

The staff are what makes this hotel. Just super super friendly, helpful and generally lovely. The room was beautiful - we had a corner pool suite. The food was the best hotel food we had the whole time we were in Thailand. Felt like a restaurant every day. The afternoon tea was a nice touch daily.

The afternoon tea got a bit repetitive after a while - it would have been nice to have some variety in the selection of treats. Also the pool was very cold. We still used it and i understand it's not economical or good for the environment to heat constantly but it did mean it took some courage to get in at certain times of day. These are both minor things in an otherwise perfect stay
