Clean, nice comfy rooms, good location to lots of restaurants .
No proper check in- maybe language barrier.. but nothing bad

Air-conditioning.
The hotel did provide my reserved room.
So it was in convenience.

The accommodation is central, but not so easy to find in the dark. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable, generally it's a quiet place and you don't socialize much with others. So if you want to meet people, you should book a hostel. Otherwise I liked it very much.
Communication with the owner was a bit difficult. I was also confused at first because there is no reception and you look directly into the apartment. Just knock. The neighbors like to sing karaoke. But it's quiet at night.
