Excellent Staff behavior, very warm atmosphere in the property. Front office was kind enough to give us an early check in as we had travelled for long

The overall experience was superb which included facilities, staff and hospitality. The whole process of check-in and check-out was very smooth. They staff at the front office were very helpful and highly customer-oriented. They also guided us on what are the places to see around Pahalgam and even arranged for the transport.
